Mode of Redressal of grievance:

 
Letters to may be sent to the Concerned Officers with the details of their grievance. The letter must contain the following :
 
a) Name of the Student
   
b) Name of the Institution
   
c) Course undergone
   
d) Enrolment Number
   
e) Register number
   
f) Name of the centre where he appeared for the examinations
   
g) Month and year of examinations
 
Time taken for redressal : 3 - 5 days. Urgent matters : one day
